Eggplant: A chaptered FletcherJones fic that takes place in the late 1960's. Tom Fletcher, a sixteen year old boy from London, moves to a small town in Northern England in the summer of '69. He comes across Danny Jones, the "weird kid" in town who has a father who runs a mortuary in their home, and a young Irish stepmother who is sometimes mistaken for his sister. Tom finds himself being drawn in by Danny’s rather acquired character, and though they might not know it, they are learning things about themselves from each other.
